Wholesale Account

TXWNBS is a wholesale supplier. Access to tiered pricing requires an approved wholesale account. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion. Account access codes are non-transferable.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Base pricing is publicly displayed. Tiered discount pricing is available to approved accounts only
• Tier discounts apply per individual product — not across mixed product orders
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time
• Orders are subject to availability and production scheduling

Production & Fulfillment

TXWNBS products are handcrafted in small batches in Mansfield, Texas. Production times vary based on order volume and current schedule. Orders paid via Zelle receive priority placement in the production queue.

Fragrance Policy

Adding a fragrance from our collection to a bulk product order is complimentary (FREE). Fragrance samples are sold separately. We reserve the right to substitute a fragrance of similar profile if your selected scent is temporarily unavailable.

Intellectual Property

All product names, formulas, branding, and content on this website are the property of Chayil Enterprises LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

TXWNBS products are for professional and adult use only. Always perform a patch test before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to read ingredient lists or perform patch tests. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind the quality of everything we make and will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at TexasWNBS@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a store credit at our discretion.

Quality Issues

If a product does not meet our quality standards, contact us within 5 business days. We take all quality concerns seriously and will make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once a batch is in production, cancellations cannot be accepted. Contact us immediately at TexasWNBS@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

Custom & Private Label Orders

Custom formulations and private label orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, as these are made specifically to your specifications.

Samples

Sample purchases are non-refundable. Samples are provided to allow you to evaluate a product before committing to a bulk order.

Processing Time

All TXWNBS products are handcrafted to order in Mansfield, TX. Processing times depend on your order size and our current production schedule:

• Small orders (1–3 gallons): 3–7 business days
• Medium orders (4–11 gallons): 5–10 business days
• Large orders (12+ gallons): 7–14 business days
• Custom/private label orders: 10–21 business days

⚡ Zelle Perk: Orders paid via Zelle (TexasWNBS@gmail.com) are prioritized in the production queue for faster turnaround.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to activate.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 5 business days at TexasWNBS@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International buyers are welcome. Please email us before placing an international order so we can provide accurate shipping rates and confirm delivery feasibility to your country.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
