How do I get a wholesale account? +

It's easy! Simply submit a wholesale application with your business information. We review all applications within 1–2 business days and notify you by email. Once approved, you'll receive an access code that unlocks full tiered pricing in our wholesale portal.

Who qualifies for a wholesale account? +

We welcome all beauty industry professionals and entrepreneurs, including:

  • Licensed cosmetologists and stylists
  • Salon and suite owners
  • Barbers and barbershop owners
  • Locticians and braiders
  • Beauty supply retailers
  • Online beauty sellers
  • Private label brand owners
  • Spa and wellness businesses
  • International buyers

A cosmetology license is helpful but not always required β€” we evaluate each application individually.

How does tiered pricing work? +

Our tiered pricing rewards you for ordering more of the same product β€” the more gallons of a single product you order, the more you save (up to 35% off).

Important: Tier discounts apply per individual product. For example, ordering 4 gallons of Curl Definer qualifies that product for a tier discount β€” but mixing 2 gallons of Curl Definer and 2 gallons of Shampoo does not combine to reach that tier.

Full tier pricing details are available after your wholesale account is approved.

Is there a minimum order requirement? +

We have low minimums β€” one of our biggest advantages over other wholesale suppliers. Most products start at a 2 oz sample size, so you can test before buying in bulk. Wholesale bulk orders start at half gallon or 1 gallon sizes depending on the product.

What payment methods do you accept? +

Can I order samples before buying in bulk? +

Yes! We strongly encourage it. Most products are available in 2 oz sample sizes so you can evaluate the formula, texture, and scent before committing to a bulk order. Fragrance samples are also available starting at $2 each.

Can I place a custom or large order? +

Absolutely! For large orders, custom formulations, or private label projects, email us at TexasWNBS@gmail.com or visit our Fast Trackβ„’ Private Label page. We work with clients to accommodate large-volume needs and custom specifications.

🌸 Fragrances & Additives
Is adding a fragrance to my order really free? +

Yes β€” 100% FREE! When you place a bulk product order, you can choose any scent from our collection of 30+ fragrances and we'll add it to your products at no extra charge. This is our way of helping you build a branded product line without added costs.

Only standalone fragrance samples are sold separately (starting at $2 each).

How do I choose a fragrance for my order? +

Browse all 30+ scents on our Fragrances & Additives page. You can filter by scent type (floral, fresh, warm, fruity, exotic, kids) and purchase samples to test them first. When placing your bulk order, simply note your preferred scent in the order notes or email us at TexasWNBS@gmail.com.

🚚 Production & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order? +

All products are handcrafted to order in Mansfield, TX. Processing times:

  • Small orders (1–3 gallons): 3–7 business days
  • Medium orders (4–11 gallons): 5–10 business days
  • Large orders (12+ gallons): 7–14 business days
  • Custom / private label: 10–21 business days

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes! We ship worldwide and welcome international wholesale accounts. Before placing an international order, please email us at TexasWNBS@gmail.com so we can provide accurate shipping rates and confirm delivery to your country. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.

Can I cancel or change my order? +

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once a batch is in production, changes cannot be made. Contact us immediately at TexasWNBS@gmail.com to request a change or cancellation.

🧴 Products & Formulas
Are your products safe for all hair types? +

Our products are formulated for a wide range of hair textures and types β€” from straight to coily, and for both women and men. Each product page lists the intended hair types. We always recommend a patch test before full use, especially for clients with sensitive skin or known allergies.

What preservatives do you use? Are they clean? +

We use Optiphen Plus β€” a mild, paraben-free and formaldehyde-free preservative system β€” in our water-based formulas. Our products are formulated without harsh sulfates, mineral oil, or drying alcohols. We are committed to clean, professional-grade ingredients.
